Started
in 1978 as "Trent Canoe and Kayak", we set our quality very high
from the very beginning, manufacturing everything for our boats by hand including
seats, yokes, thwarts and accessories. When moving into our line of Cedar strip
Canoes and Kayaks, we knew what type of quality we should expect from our
suppliers and manufacturing process.
Reinvented
as The Holy Cow Canoe Company in the late 1990's, we concentrated our efforts
in building affordable, useable canoes with the very best in new age material.
Master Canoe Builder, Stu Robertson is one of the best in the business and had gained valuable experience building a variety of composite boats for Outfitters in Guelph, Ontario. It is safe to say he has built some of the best canoes in the world - the Olympic racing Kayaks for the Canadian and U.S. team.
